Hi Ethan,
There are a lot of apps that are similar to Tapbooty. Basically how it works: App developers pay companies like Tapbooty to advertise, and pay them for every download they get. Tapbooty will then ‘pass’ some of this money onto the users by giving them an incentive to download an app. Hope that answers your question!

Very interesting. I’ve not heard of anything like this before. I would have thought it to be a scam without reading your personal experience with it. I’m curious where they get the money to pay the user… do developers pay to be advertised with this app?
